We were the chosen furniture and curtain makers for Liz McGrath's hotels in Plettenberg Bay and Hermanus.

Janet joined Bay Curtaining & Upholstery in 2002 and we decided to change the name to Bay Décor as we wanted to grow our retail and interior decorating side of the business.

Janet has an extensive clothing back ground (her family owned Johnsons Sportswear) and has made a huge difference to the operating of Bay Décor having travelled to Hong Kong and frequented shows in Paris and Cape Town.

She thrives to source the best for our showroom and keeps up to date with all the modern décor trends.

We decided we needed bigger premises to house our growing factory. As-well as wanting a showroom to match.

We purchased the premises in 2017 and was the best decision we could have made!

We presently occupy on Piesang Valley Road in Plettenberg Bay and have fantastic plans to expand in the near future.

We took time out during COVID to add on a lovely sun room to our showroom & give our exterior a make-over with a matte black coat.

Micaela, our daughter, decided that our logo needed updating and designed our beautiful new logo.
